What we collect

• Your email address, for sign-in and status alerts
• The FEI numbers and optional labels you choose to monitor
• Payment records, processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers

What we do with it

One thing: watch the establishments you have chosen in the public DECRS file and email you about them. We do not sell, rent, or share your data. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no analytics product on this site — only ordinary server logs.

What we never ask for

We do not ask for, receive, or store your FURLS or eDRLS credentials. StayListed reads a public file that FDA publishes for anyone to download; there is no account for us to connect to and nothing for us to submit on your behalf.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the US) with row-level security, so your rows are readable only by your own account. Email is sent through Brevo. Registration data comes from FDA's public DECRS file.

Deleting your data

Email us, or cancel your account, and we delete everything — establishments and alert history — within 7 days. Stripe retains transaction records as required by law.
